March Book Club:
In April we will be reading the new release Say You'll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez. Important: we'll only be having 1 meet up in April on the 27th! Come ready to discuss the whole book that Sunday & bring an idea for the next book club read. We'll all be giving short pitches & voting on which we'd like to read next. You can read the summary, talk about how much you've loved other work by that author, bribe everyone with cookies, promise to weave in all of our ends - whatever you think it will take to win the new, highly sought after Literary Luminary sticker!
We're getting crafty!
After being inspired by our February book club read, The Sewing Machine, we're continuing with our reading journals. Liz has made more tiny stickers of this month's book and everyone is encouraged to bring other pens, pencils, stickers, etc to decorate the journals each week! We hope that this brings joy and a sense of community each time we meet as we log the books we read together.
**a note regarding this "event": we've changed these settings to be 1 event for all of the book clubs rather than an event per month. Hopefully this helps to keep everyone up to date on what we're reading, upcoming meet ups, news, etc. If you ever want to leave the event, you can cancel your RSVP and you'll be removed from the communication list!
