Every Thursday is a KAL night here at The Bloomin' Spindle! The table is open for anyone who has signed up for a class but is still working on their piece. We also add a group project every month for people to come and work on a project together without a class if supplies are bought here.

Knit Along with us!Â
Join us every Thursday evening at 6 pm for fun with your fiber friends! Â Bring a beverage or snack and come start a new project with us. Â Knit-Alongs and Crochet-Alongs are a great way to work on a project without taking a class. Â The staff is here to answer questions if you need help, and your fiber friends will often offer support, too! Â Some folks join for the fun monthly project suggestions, and some are here to finish class projects. Â If you have purchased a class, or if you purchase your materials here at the Bloomin' Spindle, you can continue to work on your project on Thursdays for as long as you need to with no additional purchase.
This month, we are casting on the Peerie Plaid Socks by Sharon Barnes
What you'll need for Peerie Plaid Socks:Â
US 1 circular needles (your preferred needles for working small circumference in the round) - gauge will be important so you may need to size down a needle depending on the yarn you choose
Sock yarn of your choice (MC & CC both call for 1 of each 357 yd/326 m per 100g skein) - we're using Gnome Depot Fiber Enoki!
Pattern by Sharon Barnes (it's free!)
Gauge: 32 stitches and 48 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
