About the event
Description: Whether you are new to knitting or just a bit rusty, this class will get you on the needles and running! We will cover the basic stitches, knit and purl, as well as casting on, binding off, and more as you are ready to progress.
Tools and Supplies: The cost of the class includes a ball of Stitch Please 100% chunky wool yarn in a neutral color, a set of appropriately sized needles, a tapestry needle, a few stitch markers and expert instruction from the staff at The Bloomin' Spindle!
Pattern: This class prepares you for patterns, but we will be knitting an infinity swatch that you can continue to play with when you return home.
What you need to know: Nothing. We will start at the very beginning, a very good place to start - so I hear!
What you’ll learn: English throwing, knitting, purling, casting on and binding off.
